BROOKLYN - Port Authority police came to the rescue in the Holland Tunnel on Monday morning as a woman gave birth to a baby girl in her car.

The couple had been in Philadelphia visiting relatives when Ying Chen went into labor. They thought they had enough time to get to their hospital in Brooklyn, but their daughter had other plans.

Kai Tang pulled over at the toll booths and started delivering the baby until the Port Authority police arrived and assisted him. The parents named their daughter Holly in honor of where she was born.
