Two artists from Brownsville are teaming up to create a positive art project.

BROOKLYN - Two artists from Brownsville are teaming up to create a positive art project.

Positive Change is meant to express the power of communication and overcoming challenges.

The project was made possible by a partnership between L & M Development and The Brownsville Community Justice Center.

The art will soon be hung at the Marcus Garvey Complex.
