BROWNSVILLE - A war of words has erupted at an East Flatbush building between tenants and their landlord.

Residents claim the landlord of 187 Rockaway Parkway is skimping on heat, on some days providing only five minutes to each apartment.

The landlord, who took over the building in January, says the issue can easily be resolved if tenants take air conditioners out of their windows and seal them tightly.
