DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN - What do Brooklyn residents want to do before they die?It's a question that probably doesn't bring burgers and fries to mind, but the Shake Shack that's coming to Downtown Brooklyn has asked it nonetheless. The eatery is expected to open on Fulton Street by year's end, but in the meantime, restaurant workers have put up a chalkboard asking local residents to finish the phrase, "Before I die, I want to..."The chalkboard seems to be a hit in the area. Numerous people have filled the board with all types of hopes and dreams.
