Woman arrested in Cypress Hills stabbing

BROOKLYN - A woman has been arrested in a fatal Cypress Hills stabbing that appears to have been a family dispute. 

According to the NYPD, 34-year-old Burnette Singleton stabbed Russell Holdip several times in the head Sunday afternoon at 194 Grant Ave. 

Police say that Holdip was the boyfriend of Singleton's mother. 

Singleton is now facing second-degree murder charges.
