BUSHWICK - Bushwick residents say they have been dogged by an open sewer for years.

Residents such as Manuel Heredia say the sewer at Wilson Avenue and Stockholm Street has lacked a proper cover for two years.

News 12 Brooklyn reached out to officials at the Department of Environmental Protection, who said they would look into the issue.
