Cain allegations spotlight sexual harassment

BROOKLYN - The allegations against GOP presidential contender Herman Cain are putting a spotlight on sexual harassment awareness.

Some Brooklyn residents say they've had their own experiences with harassment in the workplace. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission defines it as any unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors that creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.

News 12 Brooklyn contacted several local business owners on the sensitive topic. They all said that it's an issue they take very seriously.
