BOROUGH PARK - Terror in the skies is fueling a bill to make racial profiling the government's latest weapon against terrorists. Assemblyman Dov Hikind wants to make racial profiling legal to catch terrorists. Hikind tried to pass the bill in 2005 and believes it'll pass next year, in the wake of the failed Christmas Day bomb plot. Hikind says it should just be one of several tools to keep people safe, in turn causing some racial tensions among the Muslim community, which believes the measure just won't work. Hikind says he is updating the 2005 bill and will take that to Albany in January.
