BROOKLYN - Residents of Carnasie broke out the sandbags as a nor'easter hit the area in the wake of Sandy. While flooding may be a problem, many members of the community are concerned about losing power again.Residents say they have not seen any FEMA officials in the neighborhood and that their calls to Con Ed are not producing results.
