Charges dropped for Brooklyn man in deadly stabbing

BROOKLYN - Charges have been dropped against the last of three men accused in a deadly stabbing on the 2 train back in March.

Brenddy Garcia, 19, was accused of stabbing the men to death at a train station in Manhattan.

A grand jury dismissed murder and other charges against Garcia. The criminal justice student claims he acted in self-defense after getting hit with a glass bottle.
