BROOKLYN - Officials have dropped all sexual-assault charges against a man arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman in Park Slope in May.
Joshua Flecha, 32, of Queens, had been charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse, and police say he was the second suspect arrested in connection to a string of sexual assaults in the borough.
Officials say Flecha fit the description of the suspect and was picked out of a line-up by a unidentified woman, who now says she is not sure if he was the attacker.
Prosecutors say Flecha is still facing a marijuana possession charge.
Police say there are up to four men involved in the case and are still searching the Park Slope, Sunset Park and Windsor Terrace neighborhoods for them. They say one person has already been charged and that there is a $12,000 reward for information leading to a conviction.
Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.2nd arrest made in connection with BK sex crimes
