CROWN HEIGHTS - Recent City Charter revisions could potentially change the way Brooklyn political organizations operate in the future.

After public hearings that were held in other boroughs, it appears the changes could affect land use rules, the public advocate and the community boards.

The community boards and public advocate are planning a protest march from Borough Hall to St. Francis College where a hearing on the revisions will be held tomorrow night.

After hearings are held, voters will get to weigh in on the revisions in November.
