CROWN HEIGHTS - A boy is hospitalized in critical condition after he was hit by a livery cab this morning in Crown Heights.

Police say the 9-year-old boy was crossing against the light on Eastern Parkway near Utica Avenue when he was hit by a cab going westbound.

The boy was taken to Kings County Hospital with severe head trauma. Police don't suspect any criminality in the accident.
