City, BK residents cope with messy roads

BROOKLYN - Residents in Brooklyn and the rest of the city dealt with the aftermath of Tuesday's snowfall.Early morning rain mixed with snow on the ground caused concerns flooding would cause significant problems for motorists. Drivers were urged to allow extra time for their travels and to use mass transit if possible.At least one traffic-related death is being blamed on the weather conditions. Officials say a man was killed after his car crashed into a pole on Flatbush Avenue. One person told News 12 Brooklyn that she is enjoying the bad weather, since it allows her to not have to worry about getting to work on time.
