BROOKLYN - One city leader toured a matzoh factory today just ahead of the upcoming holiday of Passover.

Comptroller Scott Stringer met with other local leaders while visiting the matzoh factory in Borough Park.

Stringer says the rigorous process of quickly making the unleavened bread is a proud tradition.

The city leader also made a stop today at the Borough Park Y Senior Center and the Masbia soup kitchen
