BROOKLYN - The city is joining in on a subway ad battle.

The Commission of Human Rights is putting up ads that promote diversity to try and combat recent anti-Muslim ads, including one that equated Muslims with savages.

One billboard will feature a red apple with a map of the world, reading "From many countries...One city."
