A new report shows that Brooklyn has the highest number of complaints about NYPD officers overstepping their authority.

According to the Civilian Complaint Review Board, the biggest issues include stop-and-frisk and excessive use of force. 

It says Brooklyn received 73 total complaints, followed by the Bronx with 40 cases.
