Clinton Hill Library on Washington Avenue reopens 5 months after closing for repairs

In addition to repairing things, the interior was reconfigured so that the building looks a lot larger. (4/17/14)

BROOKLYN - The Clinton Hill Library finally reopened this week after shutting down five months ago for extensive repairs.

The Washington Avenue library got several major upgrades during renovation, including brand new heat and air conditioning systems. It also got new lighting, a much-needed paint job and a wall for children to draw on.

In addition to repairing things, the interior was reconfigured so that the building looks larger.
