NEW YORK - Coconut water is the new must-have health product for celebrities, athletes and everyday people alike.

Health food stores in New York say they are constantly ordering coconut water by the caseload. The drink is low-calorie, cholesterol-free and infused with saturated fats, making it the perfect source for super-hydration and energy.

Nutritionists say coconut water has way less sugar than some of the more popular sports drinks. It's also filled with nutrients and is high in potassium and vitamin C.

Dietitians say that with the summer months fast approaching, coconut water will be flying off the shelves. Health officials are warning everyone to look at the nutritional facts, however, to make sure no extra sugar is added.
