BROOKLYN - A jogger who collapsed in Prospect Park on New Year's Eve and remained unidentified and unconscious for a week has died.

Rynn Berry was not carrying any identification on him when he collapsed, but his half-brother recognized him after seeing his picture from the hospital on social media.

Berry had been in critical condition before passing away Thursday at New York Methodist Hospital.

The 68-year-old was a respective figure in the vegetarian and vegan movements in New York City.
