BROOKLYN - A new poll released this morning shows that while Police Commissioner Ray Kelly has the highest approval rating of any city official, voters don't see him as mayoral material.In a potential matchup, the Republican trails three leading Democratic candidates in the 2013 mayoral race by double digits. However, Kelly has a 66-percent approval rating at his current job, according to Quinnipiac University.
