BROOKLYN - A local leader is calling for the teenagers involved in a mall brawl that was caught on cellphone video last week to serve their communities as punishment.

Community advocate Tony Herbert spoke during a rally in front of Kings Plaza Sunday, saying that he's reaching out to the NYPD to try and match the youth with Brooklyn organizations for community service.

The shopping center said that it's requesting all minors have an adult escort following the fight.

Police say the investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made.
