BROOKLYN - The owner of a newly opened café in Ditmas Park has been missing for a nearly two weeks now, but the search for him isn't slowing down.

Joshua Rubin, 30, was last seen on Halloween while leaving his Lawrence Avenue apartment. Friends and family have been posting missing persons flyers all over the neighborhood, while other volunteers canvass the streets.

Rubin is 6 feet 2 inches tall and about 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Police say he is a diabetic and may not have had his medication.
