BROOKLYN - Power outages remain a large problem in Brooklyn following Superstorm Sandy. Con Ed has set up outreach vans around Brooklyn that will address residents' concerns as the utility works on power restoration, as well as field individual complaints. Con Ed says it is working around the clock to restore all power.
