BROOKLYN - The Luna Park Houses in Coney Island were evacuated this afternoon after a wall collapsed inside the 20-story high rise.
According to the FDNY, the minor interior wall collapse happened on the eighth and ninth floors. They say no one was injured.
Most residents were allowed back into their homes after several hours, but tenants in four apartments have been temporarily displaced.
The Office of Emergency Management and the Department of Buildings will be evaluating the structure. Officials say a structural design report will be conducted to make sure everything is safe and secure.
