BROOKLYN - Some construction projects on the roads and rails are sure to give commuters a hard time in New York City this weekend.

The Queens Midtown Tunnel will have one tube closed this weekend until 5 a.m. Monday morning. The remaining tube will take on two-way traffic.

The Brooklyn Bridge will be closed heading into Manhattan during the overnight hours beginning tonight. Drivers are urged to take the Manhattan or Williamsburg Bridge.

Weekend track work will affect Brooklyn mass transit commuters. The Smith-Ninth Street station will be closed for repairs.
