Cooling centers open as temps rise throughout the borough

The city has opened cooling centers throughout the city as the forecast calls for the temperatures to again climb above the 90-degree mark.City officials say

BROOKLYN - The city has opened cooling centers throughout the city as the forecast calls for the temperatures to again climb above the 90-degree mark.

City officials say the cooling centers will be open today and tomorrow.
