Cop killer arraigned for new shooting

PROSPECT-LEFFERTS GARDENS - Convicted cop killer Dexter Bostic was charged with attempted murder today for allegedly shooting and robbing a man in Queens - one day before he fatally wounded Officer Russel Timoshenko during a routine traffic stop in Brooklyn.

Bostic and co-defendant Robert Ellis were arraigned today on charges of attempted murder, assault, robbery, criminal possession of weapon and criminal possession of stolen property in the deadly Queens incident.

Both pleaded not guilty to the charges. Bostic is already serving a life sentence and Ellis is currently serving 15 years.
