BROOKLYN - Police are reaching out to the public for help finding a 13-year-old Brooklyn boy.

Officers say Lucky Grant-Stuart was last seen leaving his Montgomery Street home Tuesday night.

The teen was wearing a blue jacket, jeans and white sneakers. He's about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 135 pounds.
