Cops: BK principal, husband robbed during home invasion

(08/26/10) SUNSET PARK - Cops say a Brooklyn school principal and her husband were robbed today during a home invasion in Sunset Park.

Police say robbers forced their way into the couple's home on 41st Street, tied them up and took their safe.

Authorities suspect the men may have disguised themselves as deliverymen and were attracted to the home because of the couple's luxurious cars.

Neighbors say they were shocked when they heard of the crime. "Oh man, I'm surprised something like this happened, especially on this block,? said Jose Tejada, one of the couple's neighbors.
