Cops: Brothers arrested in teen's abduction

BROOKLYN - Two brothers have been arrested in the abduction of a teenager in East New York yesterday, according to police.

Authorities say 16-year-old Alicia Arter, from Pennsylvania, is in good condition after witnesses saw two men force her into a black Infinity near Atlantic and East New York avenues.

The Kings County District Attorney's Office says 30-year-old Andrew Barnette is facing several charges, including kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment, grand larceny and endangering the welfare of a child.

Bertram Barnette also faces charges that include kidnapping and unlawful imprisonment. Police say a third man is still being sought.
