Cops make arrest in Coney Island quadruple shooting

CONEY ISLAND - Police say a 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a quadruple shooting in Coney Island.

Ishmel Rogucki has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon, police say.

Authorities have not yet determined who pulled the trigger in the shooting yesterday, which left one woman in critical condition and three others injured.

Police said the shooting erupted following a dispute involving a 20-year-old man and a teenage girl. Police say the girl's 19-year-old brother got into an argument with the 20-year-old man and shots later rang out.
