BUSHWICK - Police Commissioner Ray Kelly announced Monday that there is surveillance video showing a man entering and exiting a Bushwick building before a deadly fire.

The 17-year-old girl that was killed in the fire has been identified as Sofia Olivo. The Grover Cleveland High School student did not live in the building, but was spending the night at the time of the fire.

Officials removed a gas canister from the first floor of the building and are investigating whether the surveillance video can help them determine how the fire started.
