COBBLE HILL - Police are on the hunt for a man who was caught by a security camera breaking into a building on Baltic Street and stealing a package.

Camera footage shows the man approaching the residential building in Cobble Hill on Jan. 24, armed with a screwdriver. Police say he pried the lock open and took off with a package that was in the hallway.

The suspect is described as a black or Hispanic male who is about 5 foot 10 inches tall, and weighs 200 pounds.
