BENSONHURST - Cops say the owner of an SUV involved in a fatal hit-and-run early Saturday turned himself in today, but it is still unclear who was driving at the time of the accident.

Authorities say the BMW that struck and killed 25-year-old Manuel Tzajguachiac belongs to FDNY Firefighter Pat Quagliariello, whose ladder company is just a few blocks away from the scene of the Bensonhurst crash.

Police say Quagliariello has not been charged and was not held at the precinct.
