GRAVESEND - Police say more than 30 weapons were recovered during an arrest near a Gravesend elementary school Friday.

Police arrested a family of three and their friend after executing a search warrant at 2438 West St., which is across the street from Arturo Toscanini Elementary School. Authorities say Thomas Siano, Kathleen Siano, Vincent Siano and Michael Poole face multiple weapons charges.

Officers discovered 10 handguns, two assault rifles, nine shotguns and nine rifles inside the two-story home. In addition to the firearms recovered, authorities confiscated an umbrella with a dagger hidden in the handle and a machete, among other weapons.
