BROOKLYN - Council members have approved a bill that will hold cab drivers more accountable when it comes to prostitution.

According to the bill, TLC drivers could face a fine up to $10,000 if they knowingly participate in sex trafficking.

The bill would require drivers to take a course to increase education on the issue.
