MARINE PARK - A husband and wife were found dead inside their Marine Park home Wednesday.

Police say 50-year-old Mark Schwartz and 48-year-old Christina-Maria Petrowski-Schwartz both had injuries to the head. Police believe the injuries are gunshot wounds.

Police say they were both divorce lawyers and owned a law practice near their home.

The couple was discovered at about 1 p.m. at 1961 E. 33rd St. by their housekeeper. Police have not made any arrests and saw no signs of forced entry. They are still searching for the gun believed to have been used in the deaths.

The city's medical examiner is attempting to determine the causes of death.
