A mother and her boyfriend accused in the death of a toddler are expected to face a grand jury this week.Police responded to a call

BROOKLYN - A mother and her boyfriend accused in the death of a toddler are expected to face a grand jury this week.

Police responded to a call Friday night at a Bed-Stuy apartment and later found 2-year-old Aiyden Davis. Davis suffered from blunt impact injuries to his head and body, a laceration to his liver and internal bleeding.

Aiyden?s mother, Teresa Foster, and her boyfriend Reginald Williams were arraigned yesterday. Foster was accused of assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Williams has been charged with murder in the second degree.
