BROOKLYN - A car crash at the intersection of Coney Island Avenue and Avenue N killed a 63-year-old woman crossing the street Saturday afternoon.

Police say the two vehicles collided, sending both cars spinning through the intersection before hitting another vehicle. Galina Truglio, 63, was walking in the marked crosswalk at the time of the crash and was struck by a Ford Fiesta.

Truglio was taken to Kings County Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

There were no other injuries.
