BROOKLYN - At a City Hall hearing Thursday, critics said the city's new 911 call center is causing confusion that's eating up valuable response time.

Union members said the FDNY-NYPD Unified Call Taking System is giving emergency responders wrong addresses and not feeding correct information to dispatchers.

While the city admits that the system is not perfect, they claim changes are being made to improve performance.
