EAST FLATBUSH - A crossing guard working in East Flatbush puts her dancing shoes on every day and help brings cheer to everyone around her.

Esther Hines, who crosses at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Glenwood Road, says she started dancing to keep herself warm in the cold. Now it's just part of her daily routine. Hines says her dancing brings joy to everyone.

Residents and drivers enjoy her presence and can't wait to see their favorite crossing guard.
