BROOKLYN - A mural in Crown Heights is coming together with hopes of strengthening community bonds.

The project will represent unity in a diverse area, using icons from the Caribbean-American and Jewish communities that make up sections of Crown Heights.

Elements that incorporate newcomers to the area will be represented as well, embracing change in the community.

The mural could be done in the coming months. The artists want to display it somewhere in Crown Heights by late April.
