BROOKLYN - A Crown Heights school is delighted at receiving a check for $25,000.

Assemblyman Karim Camara presented Medgar Evers College Preparatory School with the check today. The school says the money will be used for new computers and technology upgrades.

Camara says he has allocated a quarter of a million dollars of state funding for schools.
