CROWN HEIGHTS - Hurricane Irene left her mark on Crown heights, scattering braches and trees all across the normally picturesque Eastern Parkway.

Many of the large branches are blocking the sidewalk and one is blocking an entrance to a senior center on Saint Johns Place.

Officials have put up caution tape to alert people to the danger of the larger branches and trees that have fallen.

While life is returning to normal, it may be a little while before the fallen trees are completely removed.
