Crown Heights store owner involved in shootout

CROWN HEIGHTS - A Crown Heights store owner is fighting for his life after a shootout with three would-be robbers.

Police say the shooting happened when Youssouf Brame, known as ?Africa,? confronted the three robbers at his Nostrand Avenue store Monday evening. Police say two of the robbers were killed during the shootout.

Brame was taken to Kings County Hospital Center.
