BROOKLYN - Brooklyn food manufacturers are making a new home in Sunset Park’s Industry City.

The 16-building complex will soon feature a food hall, where customers can watch wholesale food manufacturers making their food.

Colson Patisserie is the first manufacturer allowing food lovers a front row seat to peek into their kitchen through a window.

Industry City's CEO Andrew Kimball says the food hall will attract wholesale food makers who normally supply other businesses but want an opportunity to sell directly to the public.
