BROOKLYN - Police have identified an elderly cyclist who was struck and killed in Bensonhurst on Memorial Day.

Police say 74-year-old Mai Zhang was hit at around noon by a white Nissan on Benson Avenue and Bay 26th Street.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was not charged.

Zhang lived just a block away from the accident.
