BROOKLYN - A two-car crash in Homecrest Friday has heightened neighbors’ concerns about what they say is a dangerous intersection.

The accident occurred between East 24th Street and Avenue T.

A red Toyota was struck by a Cadillac SUV as it traveled through the intersection. Five passengers in the Toyota refused medical attention, but the driver of the Cadillac was hospitalized.

Neighbors say accidents like the one on Friday are a weekly occurrence in their area.
