BROOKLYN - Two men have been arrested in northeastern Pennsylvania in connection with the fatal shooting of a 1-year-old boy in Brownsville.
According to police, 23-year-old Daquan Breland and 19-year-old Daquan Wright were taken into custody at an apartment complex in Wilkes-Barre, PA. NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly identified Breland as the shooter and Wright as the person that handed him the gun.
Investigators say Antiq Hennis was shot in the head while being pushed in a stroller last Sunday. His father, Anthony Hennis, is believed to have been the intended target, and the gunfire may have been gang-related.
